Summit Construction Group built a charter school in Duval County that specializes in tapping into a child’s gifts and encouraging them to grow. River City Science Academy Mandarin Middle (RCSA) is tuition free, and focuses on public, technology, science, engineering, and math (STEM) programs. Following its completion, RCSA has become one of the most successful charter schools in Florida.
