Our staff will provide an initial evaluation of the requirements mandated by the adopted zoning ordinance, land development code and building code compliance in order to offer a clear understanding of the development process. We will then prepare a strategic plan to include procedural recommendations, initial schedule expectations and cost estimates that will be used as a baseline to manage the approval process with you.
We firmly believe that the inspection period of the contract is the most valuable segment of time in the development process and offer a wide range of services to assure that a complete investigation is accomplished.
