Summit worked with Flagler Development and Duval Charter Schools in the positioning of a new 1,145 student enrollment Charter School within the Flagler Center commercial / medical / residential development in southeast Jacksonville. Positioned inside the multi use development, the school provides parental choice for local residents and employees within the development center including the growing Baptist Medical Center Hospital. The school, built on seven acres, was designed taking advantage of a master retention plan whilst providing a complimenting architectural structure exceeding the requirements of the overall PUD development.
