Summit Construction Group provides an initial evaluation of mandated requirements by the adopted zoning ordinance, land development, and building code compliance. In other words, we give a clear and comprehensive breakdown of the development process in its entirety.
From there, we prepare a strategic plan, which includes procedural recommendations, initial schedule expectations, and cost estimates that will be used as a baseline managerial tool during the approval process.
